Emma Edick is a videographer, editor, researcher and visual storyteller. Edick, having spent the years she grew up in Columbus, Ohio standing at a ballet barre, is a detail-oriented, goal-setting, balance-seeker. She traded in her pointe shoes and pink tights for video equipment, and now, instead of mastering fouetté turns, she documents twists and turns from behind a camera.

Edick graduated Summa Cum Laude from Butler University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Production. Through her experience in the classroom, she developed strong writing skills, interview techniques and a deep appreciation for accuracy. Beyond the classroom, she learned from professionals in the field through hands-on internship experiences. From conducting research for a documentary film to loading up gear to setting up for an interview with Misty Copeland; she learned an incredible amount about what it takes to see a vision carried out from start to finish.
Edick realized and developed her strengths through the following internships:

-
Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival (Video Documentation Intern)

-
Butler University Office of Marketing & Communications (Marketing Storytelling Intern)
